Dr Sarah Clarke, BDS (Otago).
Principal Dentist
I first joined the practice as an associate shortly after my graduation from Otago University in 2017. At the time, I never imagined that I would eventually transition from being mentored by Dr. Fox to becoming the owner of the practice myself. It is a privilege to now serve as the business owner and to offer mentorship to the other talented dentists on our team.
On a clinical level, the most rewarding aspects of my work continues to be developing comprehensive, long-term plans for tooth retention and restoring full function for patients who have experienced tooth loss. I am committed to maintaining the high standard of care you have come to expect from this practice.
Dr Maisie Stone, BDS (Otago).
Associate Dentist
Maisie is a calm and caring dentist who joined the team in 2023. Maisie has a firm foundation in medically complex patients after a year spent as a Dental & Maxillofacial House Officer at Waikato hospital. In this role Dr Maisie faced cases involving biopsies, oncological resection, acute pain management as well as dental and facial trauma. Outside of the clinic, Dr Maisie is an artist! Watercolour painting and pencil sketching are her preference, and Maisie is also learning Japanese.
Dr Lizzie Yu, BDS (Otago).
Associate Dentist
"I’m Lizzie and I was born in Malaysia. I came to New Zealand to complete my dental degree at the University of Otago and have been living in Christchurch for the last 5 years. Having been raised in a Christian family, my aspiration is to deliver dental care that aligns with Christian values. I’m deeply committed to providing patient-centered care, and passionate about patient education." Outside of work, Lizzie enjoys spending time with friends, snowboarding, tramping and embracing all that the beautiful outdoors of Aotearoa has to offer.
Dr Daniel Clements, BDS (Otago).

Daniel is joining us in 2026 from Waikato hospital. Keep an eye out for updates.
Ross
Director
Ross is Dunedin born and grew up in rural Waimate. Ross is the chaos management coordinator and on-call handy man! Ross is a qualified engineering technician which provides an in depth understanding of all things mechanical. A huge amount of equipment maintenance goes on behind the scenes in dentistry. As our practice moves into more digital innovation, Ross 's cad/cam skills and 3D printing abilities will be at the forefront.
Victoria
Administration
Queen Vic keeps us all in line! Vic joined Fox Dental as the reins were passed to Sarah and has been a powerhouse on the front desk ever since. Vic is highly experienced, sassy as anything and we are very lucky to have her in the Fox team.
Di
Dental Assistant
Di is an excellent addition to the team, she has a wealth of dental experience across Rangiora and we are so fortunate to have snapped her up. Outside of the clinic, Di is making gains with our local gym challenges. Di & Dr Sarah work together quietly, some suspect telepathy!
Ireland
Dental Assistant
Ireland is highly effective in the surgery and wonderful with kids. With a wee one of her own, Ireland is a busy bee and paired with Dr Maisie in surgery 3!
Darcie
Dental Assistant
Darcie is an excellent dental assistant who is also the fox dental pilot! Darcie has her private licence and can ID any plane in the sky from the lunch room! Darcie & Dr Caryn can be found together in surgery 3 or down at the coffee shop!
Piper
Practice pup

Piper was a new addition to the team in 2021 and will be splitting time between her regular yard and the Fox Dental backyard on a trial basis!
Luther

Luther came to Ross & Sarah in 2018 as his third forever home. He has an unknown background which makes him particularly chatty through fences! He really is a gentle giant and a lot like a cat 80% of the time! He can be found at the practice one day per week.
